John Trenchard
Lead Climber
John has over 20 years experience in the tree care industry. John is a registered Instructor and Assessor for NPTC chainsaw qualifications. His training career started in colleges in 1995, where he worked his way through the ranks starting as a technician, then as an Instructor and finally lecturing at Bicton College.
As well as working for Arbor Venture Tree Care, he is an instructor and assessor for our sister company Arbor Venture Training, a training company for people working within the industry and a Lantra Verifier. This also helps Arbor Venture Tree Care to stay current and to maintain best practices within our industry. John has been working with Josephine since 2005 and they got married in 2016.
Outside of work John enjoys Clay Shooting, and competing in ISA Tree Climbing Championships. He has also been a head judge at UK Chapter Competitions.
